Connecting Your Trezor Device

1. Visit Trezor.io/Start:Open your web browser and go to Trezor.io/Start. This page will guide you through the setup process.

2. Download Trezor Bridge:To communicate with your Trezor device, download and install Trezor Bridge, a software that allows your browser to interact with the Trezor wallet.

3. Connect Your Device:Use the USB cable to connect your Trezor device to your computer.

Initial Setup

1. Open Trezor Wallet:After connecting your Trezor, open the Trezor Wallet interface in your browser. You may need to allow the Trezor Bridge to run.

2. Install Firmware:If this is your first time using the device, you will be prompted to install the latest firmware. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

3. Create a New Wallet:Select the option to create a new wallet. Follow the prompts on your Trezor device to set up your new wallet.

4. Backup Your Recovery Seed:Your Trezor will generate a 24-word recovery seed. Write these words down on the recovery seed card provided. This seed is crucial for recovering your wallet if your device is lost or damaged. Do not store it digitally or share it with anyone.

5. Confirm Your Recovery Seed:You will be asked to confirm your recovery seed by selecting the words in the correct order on your Trezor device. This step ensures that you have accurately recorded your seed.

Securing and Managing Your Ethereum Assets

1. Accessing Your Wallet:After setting up your device, you can access your wallet through the Trezor Wallet interface.

2. Adding Ethereum:In the Trezor Wallet, navigate to the "Ethereum" section. Here you can view your Ethereum balance, transaction history, and manage your Ethereum assets.

3. Receiving Ethereum:To receive Ethereum, click on "Receive" and copy your Ethereum address. Use this address to receive funds from other wallets or exchanges. Always verify the address displayed on your Trezor device.

4. Sending Ethereum:To send Ethereum, click on "Send" and enter the recipient's address and the amount. Confirm the transaction details on your Trezor device before finalizing the transaction.

5. Managing Other Cryptocurrencies:In addition to Ethereum, your Trezor device supports multiple cryptocurrencies. You can add and manage various assets through the Trezor Wallet interface.
